My new obsession...Adele

Holy crow! How have I missed Adele!?! Luckily this last week this gem of a video has featured on a few blogs, which is how my obsessions started. Seriously, her voice freaking ROCKS! I can't get enough of this song....

What do you think? Have you been a fan or are you just hearing about her? Please tell me I'm not the only one who's been under a rock. I really have no idea how I'm just finding out about Adele.

    YAY! Another Adele lover! I've been a fan of hers for a few years now and she never fails to amaze me. As a songwriter myself, she inspires me to try new melodies and she is just an all around talented person. :-) Glad you've fallen in love with her!

    I love Adele! Both albums are awesome in case you haven't heard them the first album is 19 the second one is 21.

    DJ- I'm not a song writer and she's inspiring to me! I love her range and talk about talent! I believe she's coming to TX.... I need to go find some tickets.

    I was also under the rock! I went into starbucks one day and saw her cd and all the workers were saying its really good so i got it...and i LOVE it!

    You should listen to her song "Set Fire to the Rain"


    Its really good! i think i might like it more then rolling in the deep(:

    Love her! I found her on our cable's Music Channels, where I find a lot of great bands (mostly through the Adult Alternative music channel). They have a knack for finding up and coming artists, and her first album is fantastic!

    Yes! I just got a copy of her new album, 21, and it's so, so good. She's definitely a new favorite. Well, new as in "new" from the past year or so, because I got her last album when it came out too.

    This song (Rolling in the Deep) and Someone Like You are best best best from her new album. On her first album, I LOVE Hometown Glory (freaking fantastic) and Chasing Pavements.

    Hi Adam! Thank you for the song recs! I'm listening to the sample for Hometown Glory now on iTunes. I'm not sold on her first album like I am for the second one, but I'm going to down load a few of the songs, like the two you mentioned and another one.

    I've seen Adele all over the blogosphere lately and it makes me smile. I LOVE this woman and I want to bathe in her voice. I've been a fan for a while now and was hoping to go to her concert in Boston in May, but the tickets sold out (in less than 6 hours) and I missed out :(

    Next time she tours my area, I am there though!

    *Someone Like You is my all-time favorite song by her. It blows me away every single time I listen to it. I also love Best For Last off of 19 and Hiding My Heart on 21. But really, both of her albums are well worth purchasing.
