In My Mailbox #70- TLA Edition

This week was so crazy busy and so much fun! Last weekend was the Teen Book Con in Houston and this week was TLA (Texas Library Association) in Austin. This was my first time attending an event like this and WOW was it fun. I'm looking forward to posting about it later this week. It was a blast being able to talk to so many other book lovers, librarians, teachers, authors, publishers, bloggers etc. This week has been an amazing week with books! Not only did I enjoy chatting about books, and being able to talk with publishers about their recently released titles and upcoming titles, but I received some amazing titles to review and some to giveaway. I'm going to be broke after all the releases for this summer and fall. There's a huge line up of great books coming.

Bought -
I bought a bunch of kids books this week, and I also received a nice surprise in the mail. I completely forgot that two years ago I had pre-ordered the twilight saga: the official illustrated guide, which was going to be released in Dec. of 2008. I was totally surprised when I received an email saying it shipped and it arrived this weekend. I have no idea how I forgot I pre-ordered something or why I never canceled it. This book is bigger than I thought it would be and I'm looking forward to browsing through it. (not pictured)
