NEW YORK, May 3, 2012– On May 6th, Cassandra Clare’s THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS series, published by Simon & Schuster’s Margaret K. McElderry Books imprint, will mark one full year and counting on the New York TimesChildren’s Series Best Sellers List.
Ms. Clare took the world of young adult literature by storm in 2007 with City of Bones, her debut novel and the first installment in The Mortal Instruments series, which immediately became a New York Times bestseller.
