I feel extremely spoiled this Christmas with all the goodies that have arrived. I finally got some books for Christmas! I seriously never get books for Christmas, and they're like the only thing on my Christmas list. haha
- Atlantia by Ally Condie, signed, from Penguin for being apart of #TEAMBELOW
This year I took part in the #TBTB Secret Santa, and my secret santa spoiled me!
She sent me all sorts of goodies, including two books! I never get books for Christmas. I am so excited about these books, as I've had them on my Wish List. I love the Penguin Classics. THANK YOU Sash_and_Em!!
Sophie spoiled me yet again this year. She sent me all sorts of goodies and a bracelet that has one of my all time favorite Cassie Clare quotes on it. Thank you Sophie!!
Thank you to my friends over at Big Honcho, whom I love working with on promotional book events like giveaways and blog tours. They treated me to a surprise gift card to Amazon. Guess what else I'm getting for Christmas?! More books.
THANK YOU to Penguin Teen, SashandEm, Sophie and Big Honcho Media for the wonderful gifts.
I apparently have had a weakness for buying books. Honestly I always have a weakness when it comes to book buying. Between the Scholastic book fair I ran last month, B&N's selling a limited number of signed books, and Book Outlet's Black Friday sales, I just couldn't help myself. I purchased quite a few gifts and added a couple new books to my bookshelves.
- The Animal's Santa by Jan Brett, signed
- Stolen by Melissa de la Cruz & Michael Johnston, signed
- Open Road Summer by Emory Lord
- The Princess Spy by Melanie Dickerson
- Smile by Raina Telgemeier
- Winterspell by Clarie LeGrand
- Junie B Jones: Turkeys We Have Loved and Eaten by Barbara Park
- The BoxTrolls by Elizabeth Cody Kimmel
- The Real Boy by Anne Ursu
- Basher History: States and Capitols by Simon Basher
- Superstars of History
- I ordered a "few" books from Book Outlet's black Friday sale *pictured below* I'm too lazy to list them all here.
What books have you recently added to your shelves? I love getting book ideas from your weekly IMM/STS posts. Leave me a comment with a link to your post so I can come check it out.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS, MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY READING!
